Email Snafu
Dear Friends,
Last week it was brought to my attention (and to my horror) that only about
20% of the email being sent to me was getting delivered.
Rapid investigation (along with hyperventilation and lots of coffee) revealed
that the company that hosts my website and email services had been
experiencing technical difficulties for several weeks.
Because their systems were delivering that 20%, most of their clients assumed,
as did I, that it was an anomaly. Some years everyone goes on vacation late
in the year. Other years elections will stagger my appointments by a week or
so. So I didn't worry too much initially that incoming communication was low.
Then an automated system informed me that 10 emails it had sent to me in one
week had been bounced back to it.
One Dear Heart took the time to call me and explain that her email to me had
bounced several times and she was afraid I'd simply closed the doors and
retired.
Listen closely and you can still hear my gasp echoing through the
redwoods.
I'd like to ask any of you that have tried to reach me and were unsuccessful
to please try again. I really am here.
And those of you who haven't, why not? I'd love to hear from you, if just to
know how you are. Email or phone, either way is great.
I've taken this opportunity to review my internet presence and to revamp and
revise my website. The information has been updated, and the fonts are larger
and easier to read!
The Testimonials have been updated, some of them quite humorous, including one
from a dear woman asking for a second copy of her CD.
She was so certain at the time of the reading that I was completely wrong on
every point that she threw the CD in the trash when it arrived. In the year
since she's realized that everything in the reading that seemed so
preposterous to her has come to pass, and she'd like to review the reading
again for details. (I'm going to send her the copy for free for being so good
natured about it.)

Please take a look and tell me what you think.
Also in the last few months I've added international phone numbers, one in
London, and one in Perth, Australia. It makes a reading a local call, or at
least within the country for people in the UK and Down Under.
Please feel free to forward those numbers to family or friends abroad.
I hope this finds all of you happy and healthy and looking to the future with
optimism.
I remain,
Respectfully,
Robert
